Week 2

Good guide to consumer behaviour

Why people buy, how they decide, the  ‘good enough’ substitute, and the importance of considering real & perceived barriers when crafting your offer and message.

Week 3

Getting the word out effectively

Choosing your promotional mix, resourcing pros & cons, tips for  working with suppliers and generative AI, and clever ways to avoid getting stuck in uninspiring ruts.

Week 4

Perceptions shape reality

You’ll explore your ‘positioning’, and how your experiences, beliefs and perceptions influence your marketing approach and results you’re likely to get.

Week 5

Building a cohesive brand

What are distinctive assets and how to build them, key components of writing compelling copy, the role of words and images in attracting the right people.

Week 6
